Please do not add any of these items to your cart if we have not spoken before and confirmed your commission!

Please read the following information before purchasing a commission, and keep it in mind when working with me! Commissioning me means that you agree in full to the folllowing terms.

LEGAL NOTICE

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT. Use of my art for AI training is also explicitly not permitted.

Any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.  

Similarly, I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Personal use of commissioned art, such as for social media profile pictures or banners, is allowed as long as credit is given to me visibly somewhere on your profile!

TURNAROUND

Commissions can take up to a month or two to complete; while I ideally try to work at a faster pace, things out of my control may happen, hence why I ask for your patience. 

PAYMENT

All commissions are paid upfront in full through my website, and I do not allow refunds unless I have not started on the commissioned piece at all. I cannot refund you if I have already shown you a sketch or WIP, so if you change your mind, please notify me before I begin the art process.

PROCESS

Commissions are done on a first come, first served basis. Once you have sent me a direct message and I have approved your commission request, I will send you the link to purchase your specific commission type. 

After you have purchased your commission, I will begin working on a sketch for you to approve. Please note that once you approve a sketch, pose and composition for the piece is final, as it is difficult to change once lineart and colors are finished. You may request changes free of charge up to twice during the sketch process.

I will send progress pictures as I work! Once your commission is done, you will receive a high-resolution PNG of the artwork, for you to download.

DO'S & DON'TS

WILL DO:

• Hoyoverse characters and derivative (OC) characters
• Original characters that are human/humanoid
• Slight NSFW/risque art (mainly pinup style)

WON'T DO:

• Elaborate backgrounds (all commissions automatically come with a colorblock or simple background)
• Explicit NSFW/Full nudity
• Overtly romantic art (ie: Two characters kissing. I can draw ships/couples just hanging out, though)
• Gore
• Monsters
• Detailed/realistic animal designs
• Real people
• Offensive or bigoted imagery/concepts
